What This Means
Signals between upper washer main PBA and lower washer main PBA are not sensed; Communication error between the two main PBAs; Incorrect or loose connector connections between upper and lower washer main PBAs; Faulty soldering on either PBA
What actually causes this:
The cable connecting the upper and lower washer control boards came loose
First Thing to Check
Turn off the washer at the circuit breaker, wait 60 seconds, then turn it back on
