What This Means
Under-voltage is being supplied to the washer; A plug receptacle or extension cord is being used, causing voltage drop; When the connecting wire is 1 m, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10 V; Main PBA fault (sometimes)
What actually causes this:
Usually caused by using an extension cord or power strip, or by a home electrical circuit that cannot provide stable voltage.

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet — not through an extension cord or power strip.

1. Check the consumer's power conditions and make sure to check the operating voltage

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Boil or Dry operations and observe the washing machine's operation carefully

3. Check the voltages — a check occurs when under or over voltage is supplied

4. Check whether a plug receptacle (extension cord) is used

5. If main PBA fault is suspected, replace the PBA
