What This Means
Drying heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Heater engagement fault — heater out of place; PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
A burned-out or loose drying heater element, or a failed relay on the main board.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer immediately and do not use the dry function until a technician checks it.
