What This Means

Water is supplied continually because the water level detection does not work; Drain hose is clogged and there is an injection check at a narrow section; Water level detection does not work and water is supplied continually; Water is supplied continually because of freezing or foreign material in the water supply valve; Water level sensor is degraded; Water level sensor terminal is out of place

What actually causes this:

The small rubber air hose connected to the water level sensor has come loose or has a crack, so the sensor cannot detect when the tub is full.

First Thing to Check

Turn off the water supply faucets behind the washer immediately, then unplug the machine.

    1. Check the hose connected to the water level sensor — check if the hose is torn or has a hole

    2. Check whether the hose is folded, cut, or damaged

    4. Check if water is frozen in the hose in winter season — use a hair dryer to defrost

  5. 5

    5. Consider relocating the unit to a warmer temperature location in winter
