The heating element burned out or its wiring came loose

Unplug the washer for 60 seconds, then restart

1. Check the resistance between the heater terminals A and B — should be 25.19 to 27.84 Ohm (Type 1)

2. If Type 1 is OK, change the wash-thermistor at the back of the tub (Type 2)

3. Check the temperature sensor at the center of the dry heater
- 4
4. Check the steam heater — replace if faulty
