Door locking issue (door lock motor malfunction)

What This Means

Door lock motor harness disconnected; Door lock motor resistance incorrect; Door lock switch not working; Main PCB connector damaged

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Check harness connection to door lock switch and motor

3. 3

   Measure door lock motor resistance (normal: 22-28 ohms)

4. 4

   Activate door lock and measure voltage at wire connection (expect 12V)

5. 5

   Check if door locking switch is working normally

6. 6

   Check harness connection to CN201 on main PCB

7. 7

   Measure resistance of CN201 on main PCB

8. 8

   Repair damaged harness or replace door lock motor

9. 9

   Replace main PCB if no problems found elsewhere
