Door locking mechanism failure

What This Means

Loose door lock harness; Door lock motor failure; Door lock switch failure; Insufficient voltage to door lock motor; Main PCB failure

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Check whether harness has been connected with door lock switch and motor

3. 3

   Confirm whether resistance value of door lock motor is normal (COM: orange, NO: brown)

4. 4

   Activate door lock and measure voltage at wire connection on door lock motor (Normal: AC 120V)

5. 5

   Check whether door locking switch is working normally
