Oven heating over - abnormal temperature rise

What This Means

Oven sensor failure; Heater element failure; Main PCB malfunction; Relay failure (DLB, Broil, Bake, Convection)

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Measure sensor resistance (normal: 1080Ω)

3. 3

   Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistance

4. 4

   Check DLB and relay operation on sub PCB

5. 5

   Verify harness connections to main PCB

6. 6

   Check oven sensor connector resistance (normal: 2850Ω)

7. 7

   Replace or repair harness if disconnected

8. 8

   Replace main PCB if all tests fail
