Empty cookware on burner; Top sensor wire disconnected; Top sensor failure; Main PCB malfunction

How to Fix

1. 1

   Check if hob operated with empty cookware

2. 2

   Remove cookware and allow cooktop to cool

3. 3

   Verify top sensor wire is properly connected by burner position

4. 4

   Check top sensor real resistance for open circuit

5. 5

   Replace sensor if defective

6. 6

   Replace Main PCB if sensor is normal

7. 7

   Retest operation
