SMPS Power Supply Critical Values

Main PCB SMPS takes 120V input and produces 12V and 5V outputs. If these output voltages are absent, the PCB has failed and must be replaced. Always check these voltages before assuming sensor or component failure.

Voltage Measurement Safety

Always measure AC voltage, not DC, for this appliance circuits. Terminal block provides 240V/120V AC. Main PCB provides 12V DC and 5V DC outputs only. Measuring wrong voltage scale can damage meter.
