How to Fix

Step 1: Check connector between Main PCB and sensor. If disconnected or loose, reconnect or repair connector and recheck.

Step 2: Measure sensor resistance at CON8 20th Pin ~ 19th Pin. If resistance is 0 ohm (short circuit), replace the sensor.

Step 3: If resistance reads OL/infinite (open circuit), proceed to step 6.

Step 4: Compare measured resistance to temperature-resistance table. If values are within spec, explain to customer — refrigerator is normal.

Step 5: If out of spec, replace the sensor.

Step 6: Check sensor connection at sensor body. If normal, replace the refrigerator PCB.

Step 7: If connection is abnormal, reconnect or repair the connector.
