What actually causes this:
The electronic door lock mechanism got jammed or the lock motor failed
First Thing to Check
Try unplugging the washer for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in — sometimes the lock resets itself

1. Check the resistance for the Reed SW (Checking Part: White-Green Wire). Resistance: Approx 0.2 Ohm between terminals of Reed SW

2. Check the resistance for the Door-Lock SW Motor (Checking Part: Black-Brown Wire). Resistance: 33 to 46 Ohm between terminals of Door-Lock SW

3. In state of Door Unlock, check Reed SW resistance and Door Lock/Unlock Contact resistance

4. In state of Door Lock, check Door Lock Contact resistance and Door Unlock Contact resistance

5. Check Door Lock/Unlock Contact resistance (Checking Part: Lock White-Blue Wire, Unlock Red Wire). Lock Resistance: Approx 0.2 Ohm. Check the Door Lock/Unlock state

6. If resistance is satisfied with spec, replace the PBA
