What actually causes this:
The drive motor failed or its wiring connection came loose

Try restarting the cycle — if the washer still won't spin or agitate, it needs service

1. Unplug the motor connector and measure the winding coil resistance between terminals — should be 19.3 ohms (at 25°C), minimum acceptable

2. Check motor connector terminal connections for loose or broken wires

3. Inspect the Motor Cover Stator for damage from moisture or foreign substances

4. If the motor coil is broken, replace the motor
- 5
5. If the PBA control circuit is defective, replace the PBA
