What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord or the outlet voltage is too low

Make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into the wall outlet and not using an extension cord

1. Check if the power cord is plugged in securely

2. Check the consumer's power conditions and measure the operating voltage

3. Check whether a plug receptacle (extension cord) is being used — extension cords can cause voltage drops up to 10V

4. Turn off the washer, unplug it, wait one minute, and plug it back in

5. If the information code remains, replace the main PBA
