Critical
Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue
Also displayed as: 9C1
What This Means
Power supply voltage exceeds rated range; Faulty electrical outlet or wiring; Main PBA fault

Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check if power is supplied properly to the washer
- 2
2. Check the consumer's power conditions and measure the operating voltage
- 3
3. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during operation and observe the voltage
- 4
4. Check whether a plug receptacle (extension cord) is being used — when the connecting wire is 1m, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V
- 5
5. Turn off the washer, unplug it, wait one minute, and plug it back in
- 6
6. If the information code remains, replace the main PBA
