How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Check drain pump motor resistance: approximately 182 to 222 Ohm between terminals

  2. 2

    2. Check whether pump motor revolutions are restrained by foreign material

  3. 3

    3. Check same for natural drain process

  4. 4

    4. Check wire connections and verify terminal contacts are correct

  5. 5

    5. If drain pump operates abnormally/intermittently when water temperature is high, note that behavior

  6. 6

    6. Check if motor revolutions restrained by freezing — remove ice as directed

  7. 7

    7. Separate drain filter and check for foreign objects inside pump (coins, buttons, etc.)

  8. 8

    8. Check wire driving the pump for loose connections
