Over current occurs during motor operation; Current sensing error during motor operation; Command RPM compared to current RPM difference over 100 RPM; IPM temperature values abnormally high

What actually causes this:

Usually caused by overloading the drum or a failing motor bearing that creates extra resistance.

Reduce the laundry load significantly and restart the cycle.

    1. Check motor power connector terminal connections and contacts

    2. Verify motor power cable and connector are present

    3. Check if overloaded with too much laundry

    4. If hall sensor terminal is faulty, replace the hall sensor

  5. 5

    5. Check whether stator of motor cover is damaged

  6. 6

    6. Check for coil disconnections due to foreign material

  7. 7

    7. If PBA control circuit is faulty, replace the PBA
