What This Means

What actually causes this:
The small Add Door (used to toss in extra items mid-cycle) was not fully closed, or its latch is not engaging properly.
First Thing to Check
Push the small Add Door on the front of the washer firmly closed until it clicks, then press Start.

2. Check add door switch, barrier, and lock module movement

3. Check Open detection switch and barrier lock pillars come down while pressing in operation normally

4. Check door lock motor resistance: pins 1-2 should read 46.57 +/-15 Ohm

5. Check lock stroke — normal detection on protrusion status (pins 3-4/3-5 check resistance value)

6. Check main PBA door detection circuit and connector combination
- 7
7. If Add Door is not actually open, check assembly of wire harness and PBA
