How to Fix

Step 1: Instruct customer to use only automatic dishwasher detergent — never hand dishwashing liquid or soap.

Step 2: Run a rinse cycle to clear suds from the tub.

Step 3: Level the dishwasher using a digital level. Improper leveling can cause false bE errors.

Step 4: If bE persists with correct detergent and proper leveling, inspect safety switch and main PCB.
