Power supply wire connection wrong or loose (electric dryer only)

How to Fix

1. 1

   Note: PS error applies to electric dryer (DLEX) only.

   Disconnect power to the dryer.

3. 3

   Inspect terminal block wire color orientation: Black (L1), White (Neutral/center), Red (L2).

   Verify that the Neutral (White) wire matches the center N terminal on the terminal block.

   Check that the Black and Red wires are connected to the left and right terminal block screws respectively.

   Inspect the Tab Relay connector housing colors: Yellow wire to Black housing (Tab Relay 1); Blue wire to White housing (Tab Relay 2).

   Verify Tab Relay 1 (black housing) connects to black tab relay and Tab Relay 2 (white housing) connects to white tab relay.

   Incorrect or crossed Tab Relay connections can result in heater lockout (Power Off condition).

   Re-seat all terminal block connections and tighten securely.

10. 10

    Restore power and verify PS error is cleared.
