Motor Error — wash motor working abnormally
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: LE
What This Means
Wiring connection fault between washing motor and controller; Wash pump impeller locked by debris; Washing motor winding out of spec; Motor winding shorted (0-5Ω); Main PCB fault
How to Fix
- 1
Step 1: Check connector RD3 at main PCB for disconnection; reconnect if loose.
- 2
Step 2: Inspect wash motor impeller for debris or foreign objects causing mechanical lock. Remove debris.
- 3
Step 3: Pull out connector RD3 and measure individual winding resistance: Pin1~Pin2, Pin2~Pin3, Pin3~Pin1 — each should read 22.5-24.9Ω at 20°C. If any winding reads 0-5Ω (shorted), replace pump casing assembly.
- 4
Step 4: If resistance is out of spec or open, replace pump casing assembly.
- 5
Step 5: If wiring and motor resistance are correct, replace main PCB assembly.
