Vario Error — vario valve cam position not properly detected

What This Means

Wiring connection fault; Vario switch (microswitch) not assembled correctly; Vario motor out of spec or failed

How to Fix

   Step 1: Check all wiring connections related to the vario motor system; reconnect any loose connectors.

   Step 2: Verify the vario microswitch is properly seated and assembled on the cam mechanism. Reassemble if displaced.

   Step 3: Measure vario motor resistance — should be 4kΩ ±5%. If out of spec, replace vario motor.

   Step 4: Measure voltage at RL3 pin4d~NA4 pin2 — should be 120V AC ±15%. If absent, replace main PCB assembly.

   Step 5: In test mode (7 TIME), check vario valve operation. Error code 'nE' will display if vario valve fails during test.
