What This Means
Door gasket came loose or fell off; Float assembly is stuck; Controller (Main PCB) is damaged; Seal assembly not properly connected to sump; Unit not leveled; Wrong detergent used (excess suds)
How to Fix

Confirm 'AE' error on display

Remove power cord and remove lower cover (2 screws)

Remove lower frame and use flashlight to identify leak location in base

Check flooding position: P1 (left barrier) — suspect Air Guide, Inlet Valve, Drain Hose, Casing Assembly Heater; P2 (middle barrier) — suspect Overflow, Vario Motor, Drain Hose connections, Sump gasket; P3 (right barrier) — suspect Casing Assembly Pump hoses, Steam Hose, Inlet/Drain Hoses

Remove water from base, reconnect power cord and operate unit

Check specific leak points: Air Guide gasket/cap not properly assembled — reassemble or replace; Drain Hose O-ring deformed — always replace O-ring (Loc No: A131) on reassembly; Tub seam weld damaged — replace product; Inlet Valve O-ring damaged or body cracked — replace Inlet Valve; Sump gasket damaged — replace; Blower Cover gasket damaged — reassemble or replace; Door gasket disassembled or torn — reassemble or replace; Wrong dish loading causing overflow — advise correct loading

Check Float Switch operation and Main PCB if leak source is not found
