What This Means
Water supply tap closed; Wiring connections faulty; Inlet Hose kinked; Water pressure too low (below 20 psi) or too high (above 120 psi); Inlet Valve filter clogged; Inlet Valve defective; Hall Sensor faulty; Air Guide impeller not spinning
How to Fix
- 1
Check water tap — if closed, open it
- 2
Check Inlet Hose for kinks — if kinked, repair or straighten
- 3
Check if water is actually reaching the unit
- 4
Check wiring connection — reconnect if disconnected
- 5
Check Inlet Valve resistance — should be 250 Ω ±5%; if out of range, replace
- 6
Clean Inlet Valve filter: close water tap, unscrew inlet hose from valve side, clean filter
- 7
Check water pressure — should be 20–80 psi; if outside range, call plumber
- 8
Check Main PCB connector WH6 Pin4 to Pin6 — voltage should be DC 8V ±15%; if not, replace Hall Sensor
- 9
Check WH5 Pin4 to NA8 Pin1 — voltage should be DC 5V ±15%; if not, replace Main PCB Assembly
- 10
Check Hall Sensor frequency increase when water supplied — if no increase, check wire connection; measure resistance (9 kΩ ±5%); replace if out of range
- 11
Check Air Guide impeller rotation — if not spinning properly, replace Air Guide
- 12
If all above are OK, replace Main PCB Assembly
