What This Means

Filter assembly blocked; Drain Hose kinked or blocked; Inner hole of drain case blocked; Air gap clogged; Knock-out plug of garbage disposal not removed; Washing Motor locked or defective; Wiring connection faulty; Drain Pump impeller blocked by debris; Main PCB (Controller) damaged

How to Fix

1. 1

   Check filter, air gap, and disposal: if filter clogged, clean filter; if air gap clogged, clean air gap; if disposal clogged or knockout plug present, clean disposal or remove knockout plug

   Check Drain Hose for kinks, twists, or stress — straighten as needed; as dishwasher slides into opening, slowly pull drain hose from inside cabinet to prevent kinking

   Check Drain Pump RPM increase: verify housing connection intact — reconnect if disconnected; check if debris is stuck in pump — remove debris; check Drain Pump resistance — should be 4–5 Ω; if out of range, replace drain motor

   Check Main PCB voltage to Drain Pump: verify connector YL3 Pin1–Pin2–Pin3 — voltage should be AC 12V ±15%; if not, replace Main PCB

5. 5

   Check Casing Assembly, Pump operation — if not working properly, replace Main PCB; if washing motor or pump is defective, replace Casing Assembly, Pump
