What This Means

Wrong/non-dishwasher detergent used; Dishwasher not leveled properly

How to Fix

   Confirm customer is using dishwasher-specific detergent only — guide to use tablet or gel type

2. 2

   Check initial water level: pour 5 L water into tub; level should be near center of both tub lower indentations at front

3. 3

   If water level is off, level the appliance

4. 4

   Check filter and pump for clogging — clean if needed

5. 5

   Check Top Wash Impeller for damage or improper assembly — reassemble or replace

6. 6

   Check Lower Spray Arm and Water Guide for damage or improper assembly — reassemble or replace

7. 7

   If Casing Assembly, Pump (Washing Motor) is defective, replace it

8. 8

   To remove existing bubbles: set rinse level to LO; pour 200–300 mL milk into shallow bowl and place on upper rack; run Auto cycle without detergent; repeat if bubbles remain
