What This Means

Wiring connection faulty; Inlet water temperature too high; Thermistor damaged; Heater defective (fuse or thermostat shorted); Main PCB (Controller) damaged; Relay circuit faulty

How to Fix

    Check wire connections and reconnect if needed

  2. 2

    Check if heater operates during course or in Control Mode

  3. 3

    If Heater does not operate: check Heater connector — reassemble if removed or not connected properly; if fuse or thermostat is shorted, replace Casing Assembly, Pump (includes heater); if fuse and thermostat are not connected properly, replace Casing Assembly, Pump

  4. 4

    Check Heater resistance — should be 11.54 Ω ±10%; if out of range, replace Casing Assembly, Pump

  5. 5

    Check Main PCB: if output voltage of Main PCB is bad (should be AC 110–120V), replace Main PCB

  6. 6

    Check inlet water temperature: enter Control Mode, supply water, and check Sump temperature; if temperature exceeds 85°C, swap hot and cold water supply pipes

  7. 7

    Check and replace Relay Circuit if faulty
