Error Code nE
Motor Error — washing motor operating abnormally; motor RPM failure
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Wiring connection disconnected (RD3 connector) to main PCB; Washing motor impeller locked (obstruction in pump); Washing motor winding damaged (resistance out of range)
How to Fix
- 1
Check connector RD3 to main PCB; if disconnected, reconnect wire
- 2
Check if washing motor impeller is locked; if yes, replace pump casing assembly
- 3
Measure washing motor resistance — RD3 housing connector pin1~pin2, pin2~pin3, pin3~pin1 should each be 22.5-24.9 ohm at 20°C
- 4
If resistance values show short (0-5 ohm), replace pump casing assembly
- 5
If motor resistance is normal, check if voltage is in range at RD3 connector
- 6
If wiring and motor are OK, replace main PCB assembly
