What This Means
Outlet thermistor open or shorted; Harness connector loose or disconnected; Defective main PCB
How to Fix

Turn off dryer and disconnect from power
- 2
Discharge voltage by contacting metal plug of power cord with ground
- 3
Disconnect NA6 connector from main PCB
- 4
Short pin 1 (Blue wire) and pin 2 (Orange wire) of NA6 connector with a metal jumper
- 5
If controller responds, check harness connections
- 6
Disconnect harness from thermistor assembly and measure resistance against Table 1 temperature values
- 7
If resistance out of range, replace thermistor assembly
- 8
If resistance is in range, check and repair harness connector
