Error Code F-10
Door Lock Fail — Door lock failure when operating the lock motor
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: F-10
How to Fix
- 1
Disconnect power.
- 2
Check terminal looseness of micro switch and door locking motor. If loose, reconnect.
- 3
Measure resistance of the door lock micro switch (normally open type): with door latch open = infinite; with door latch locked = continuity. If readings are incorrect, replace the micro switch.
- 4
Measure resistance of door locking motor: normal = approximately 2.6 kΩ. Abnormal = infinite (open) or below 5 Ω (shorted). If abnormal, replace the door locking motor.
- 5
Check looseness of CN06 connector on Main PCB. If loose, reconnect.
- 6
If all hardware checks pass, replace the Main PCB (P/N: EBR32028304).
