Error Code F-10
Door Lock Fail — door locking motor failure during self-clean or lock operation
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Loose or disconnected terminal on micro switch or door lock motor; Failed micro switch (normally open type); Failed door lock motor; Loose CN06 connector on Main PCB; Failed Main PCB
How to Fix
- 1
Disconnect power
- 2
Check terminal looseness on micro switch and door lock motor — reconnect any loose connections
- 3
Check oven door lock micro switch (normally open type): door latch open = infinite resistance, door latch locked = continuity; replace micro switch if result is abnormal
- 4
Check door lock motor resistance — normal is approximately 2.6 kΩ; abnormal is infinite (open) or below 5Ω (shorted); replace motor if abnormal
- 5
Check looseness of CN06 connector on Main PCB — reconnect if loose
- 6
If all components test normal, replace Main PCB
