What This Means
Stuck or mechanically jammed key on control panel; Control Lock active (user error); Wiring fault to Touch film or Main PCB
How to Fix

Check if Control Lock is engaged — press and hold Control Lock key for 3 seconds to toggle off

Inspect control panel for stuck or debris-jammed keys; clean the surface

Check all wiring connections at Touch film and Main PCB
- 4
If no mechanical malfunction found, replace the control panel (touch film assembly)

If issue persists after control panel replacement, replace Main PCB
