Error Code F-7
Convection Fan Error — convection fan operation cannot be detected for over 1 minute during any mode requiring the upper convection fan
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Loose or disconnected convection motor wiring connector; Failed convection motor; Loose connection between CN4 of Power PCB and CN1 of Main PCB; Failed Main PCB or Power PCB
How to Fix
- 1
Disconnect power
- 2
Check convection motor wiring connector for loose or disconnected wires — reconnect or replace harness if defective
- 3
Check connection between CN4 of Power PCB and CN1 of Main PCB — reconnect if loose
- 4
Unplug unit and measure convection motor resistance: pins 1-2 (142) = 25.2Ω ±10%, pins 1-3 (143) = 30.5Ω ±10%; abnormal is infinite (open) or below 5Ω (shorted)
- 5
If motor resistance is abnormal, replace the convection motor
- 6
If motor resistance is normal, replace Main PCB
- 7
If issue persists after Main PCB replacement, replace Power PCB
