  2. 2

For Wi-Fi models: measure CON101 voltage in display — pin 16~18: expected 11.5V~12.5V; pin 16~10: expected 5V~7.5V. If absent, replace Main PCB.

  3. 3

  5. 5

For non-Wi-Fi models: measure CON101 pins 3~4: expected 11.5V~12.5V. If absent, replace Main PCB.

  6. 6

For non-Wi-Fi models: measure CON101 pins 24~3 in display: should NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck, replace Display PCB.

  7. 7

For non-Wi-Fi models: measure CON101 pins 18~3 in display: should NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck, replace Main PCB.

  8. 8

Measure CON5 pins 15~17 on Main PCB: should toggle 0V/5V. If stuck, replace Main PCB.

  9. 9

Measure CON5 pins 15~18 on Main PCB: should toggle 0V/5V. If stuck, replace Display PCB.

  10. 10

If all checks pass, explain to customer (possible intermittent hinge wiring issue).
