How to Fix

Step 1: Reset unit and enter Test Mode 1 (push test button 1 time). Measure condenser fan motor supply voltage at CON4 24th Pin ~ 23rd Pin. If NOT 11.4~12.6V, replace Main PCB.

Step 2: Check fan rotation visually. If fan is not rotating, proceed to step 3.

Step 3: Manually rotate condenser fan blade by hand. If fan feels sticky/binding, replace fan motor.

Step 4: Go to step 5.

Step 5: Measure fan motor feedback voltage at CON4 22nd Pin ~ 23rd Pin. If reads 0V or 5V (not fluctuating), replace fan motor.

Step 6: Measure PWM signal voltage at CON4 21st Pin ~ 23rd Pin. If reads 0V or 5V (not fluctuating), replace Main PCB.

Step 7: If all voltages are correct, explain to customer — condenser fan is operating normally.
