How to Fix

Step 1: Check flow sensor connector in the machine room for loose or damaged connection.

Step 2: Measure flow sensor resistance: Red wire to Black wire. Expected: 4 ~ 30 kΩ. If outside this range, replace flow sensor.

Step 3: Check water supply — verify saddle valve is fully open and water pressure is adequate.

Step 4: Check water filter condition. Replace if older than 6 months or if indicator is illuminated.

Step 5: Check water line for kinks or blockage.
- 6
Step 6: If flow sensor resistance is correct and water supply is adequate, replace Main PCB.

Step 7: If water pressure is low (less than 20 psi), advise customer to contact plumber.
