How to Fix

Step 1: Activate craft ice maker test mode ('Freezer Temp + Ice Plus' button held for 3 seconds continuously).

Step 2: Observe if craft ice maker motor operates through: initial → ice ejection → water supply steps.

Step 3: Check for harvest heating failure — measure upper heater resistance.
- 4
Step 4: Check for lower heater resistance if ice is more cloudy than normal.
- 5
Step 5: If motor does not respond to test, check wiring harness from Main PCB to craft ice maker.
- 6
Step 6: Check ice tray position — if out of position, run test mode to reset. If tray cannot find home position, replace craft ice maker assembly.

Step 7: If no harness or mechanical issue found, replace Main PCB.
