What This Means
Heater element is broken or has a loose connection; Temperature sensor (thermistor) is broken; No water or water in tub is too low; Low level protection device (pressure switch) is not working; Low water level detecting switch is broken; Washing motor is broken; Not using the specified detergent (too many suds)
What actually causes this:
The heating element burned out, the water level is too low for the heater to work safely, or the filter is so clogged that water cannot circulate
First Thing to Check
Check if your dishes feel cold after a cycle and make sure you are using the right type of dishwasher detergent (not regular dish soap)

How to Fix

1. Check the connections of the heater connectors and reconnect

2. Check the resistance between both ends of the heater terminal. Normal: approximately 13-15 ohm

3. Check the connections of the heater relay connectors and reconnect
- 4
4. Check the voltage between the pink wire of main HEAT and the blue wire of the ACN terminal: 120V while operating
- 5
5. Check the driving signals for the heater relay — measure voltage: when heater is off = 12V, when heater is operating = 0V

6. Check the operation of the thermistor — see tC error diagnostics

7. Check whether the tC error also occurs

8. Check if the wash motor is in low speed or has stopped spinning — replace if faulty

9. Check whether the filter is clogged — clean the filter

10. Check whether the water level in the tub is high enough — check pressure sensor, inlet valve, flow meter, or the height of the drain pipe
