What This Means
Water supply valve is closed or partially closed; Water supply pressure is too low; Aqua stop device is malfunctioning; Case brake fails to detect flow meter pulses; Foreign material blocking water supply line or water valve filter; Water valve coil is defective (open circuit); Main PBA water valve relay is defective
What actually causes this:
The water supply valve under the sink is turned off, or a filter screen is clogged with debris

Make sure the water supply valve under your kitchen sink is fully open

How to Fix

1. Check whether the water faucet is open

2. Check whether the water supply has been cut off

3. Check for foreign material in the water supply line and water valve filter — clean filter with a brush
- 4
4. Check the connection for the water valve connector — reconnect if loose
- 5
5. Measure water valve coil resistance (disconnect connector first) — normal: approx. 990 ohms +/-10% (890-1089 ohms)

6. Check whether the water supply stops after water is supplied for 20 seconds — if faulty, replace water valve and Assy guide water-sub
- 7
7. Check whether the water supply stops after 60 minutes — check water supply pressure (greater than 0.5 bar); if faulty, replace water valve and Assy guide water-sub

8. Check water valve relay on Main PBA — measure voltage between Blue wire (Number 6) of CN401 and Red wire of CN101 connector — normal: 110-120V while operating
