What This Means
Foreign object entered the drain pump causing it to jam; Drain pump motor is defective; Main PBA is defective; Inverter PBA is defective; Drain hose is clogged or kinked
What actually causes this:
Food debris or a foreign object is clogging the drain pump or drain hose

Check and clean the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher — also check the drain hose under the sink for kinks

1. Check for foreign material in the drain hose and drain pump — remove any blockage

2. Check the connections for the drain pump connector — reconnect if loose
- 3
3. Measure drain pump coil resistance (disconnect connector first) — normal: approx. 88 ohms +/-7% (81.8-84.2 ohms)

4. Check the operating LED (red) on the Main PBA — normal: fully on while operating. If not, replace Inverter PBA Assy

5. Check for condensation on the PBA — remove any moisture if present
