What This Means

What actually causes this:
The water inlet valve isn't sealing properly, allowing small amounts of water to leak through

If you notice water in the dishwasher when it hasn't been run, call for service

1. Check whether the water valve is closing properly when not commanded to open

2. Check for foreign material preventing the water valve from fully closing

3. Measure water valve coil resistance (disconnect connector first) — normal: approx. 990 ohms +/-10% (890-1089 ohms)

4. Replace water valve if it is leaking through
