What This Means
Heater element is defective (not shutting off); Thermistor is defective (reading low, causing heater to overheat); Heater relay stuck closed on Main PBA
What actually causes this:
The heater didn't shut off when it should have, or the temperature sensor gave a wrong reading that kept the heater running
First Thing to Check
Turn off the dishwasher at the circuit breaker immediately and do not use it until serviced
