What This Means
Touch button is physically stuck or defective; An object is resting on the touch button; Condensation on the control panel PBA
What actually causes this:
Moisture from steam got into the control panel, or something is pressing against a button
First Thing to Check
Wipe down the control panel to remove any moisture and make sure nothing is pressing against the buttons

1. Check whether there is condensation on the PBA — remove any moisture

2. Check CN103 of Display Control Module connector — should have no condensation

3. If no condensation, replace the Control Panel Assy
