What This Means
Touch button PBA is defective; Sub PBA or touch button PBA connector not properly connected; Condensation on the PBA connectors
What actually causes this:
Moisture got into the control panel connectors, or a wire connection came loose
First Thing to Check
Turn off the dishwasher at the circuit breaker, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on

1. Check whether there is condensation on the PBA — remove any moisture

2. Check CON100 TOUCH Module connector — should have no condensation

3. If no condensation, reconnect Sub PBA and Touch PBA connectors

4. If error persists, replace the Control Panel Assy
