Faulty meat probe; Damaged harness wire or terminal; Probe resistance abnormally low; Wet or corroded connector

What actually causes this:

Defective probe sensor or moisture/corrosion in connector

First Thing to Check

Disconnect probe and measure its resistance

How to Fix

    Disconnect power

  2. 2

    Disconnect probe harness from control

  3. 3

    Measure probe resistance (should be 50kΩ at room temperature)

  4. 4

    Check for damaged terminals or wires on harness

  5. 5

    Check resistance of meat probe connector on main PCB (normal: 10kΩ~11kΩ)
