Loose connector between Wall main and LCD sub PCB; Loose connector between main and sub PCB; Broken or damaged communication harness; Faulty Wall main PCB; Faulty sub or LCD sub PCB; Shorted connector pins

What actually causes this:

Loose connector, broken harness, corroded pins, or PCB failure

First Thing to Check

Reseat all control board connectors (CN470, CN460, CN605, CN606, CNS200, CNS240)

    Disconnect power

    Unplug connectors from LCD Sub PCB and Wall main PCB(s)

    Check connector pins on Wall main(s) and LCD Sub PCB for short circuits

  5. 5

    Verify proper connector seating by reseating each connection
