Defrost sensor on fridge evaporator is defective

First Thing to Check

Check the defrost sensor connection at the main board

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Measure voltage between Case Connector DC YEL2 #14 and #15

  2. 2

    Voltage should be between 4.5V and 1.0V

  3. 3

    Check fridge defrost sensor housing

  4. 4

    Verify wiring continuity
