What actually causes this:
Defrost heater stopped working or its wiring became damaged

Make sure power is off before checking the heater wiring

2. Check resistance value between AC RED 4 ↔ 5

3. Should be 63 ohm ± 7% (resistance varies by input power)

4. 0 ohm indicates heater short circuit

5. ∞ ohm indicates wire or bimetal open circuit
