Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: 13C
What This Means
Humidity sensor connector loose or disconnected at CN40; No 5V supply to humidity sensor; Humidity sensor output outside normal range (expected 1V–4V); Defective humidity sensor (HTG3515CH or HTG3535CH)
What actually causes this:
The humidity sensor in the fresh food compartment has come unplugged or failed, reducing the unit's ability to manage produce drawer humidity.
First Thing to Check

Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
Check that Main PCB connector CN40 is fully inserted
- 2
Measure voltage between CN40 PIN 14 and PIN 16; should be 4.5V to 1.0V
- 3
Verify 5V supply is present at humidity sensor connector pins 1–2
- 4
Measure output voltage at sensor connector pins 2–4 and compare to humidity sensor voltage table
- 5
Replace sensor if output is outside 1V–4V range
