What This Means
Sensor housing connector disconnected or loose at Main PCB CN20; Sensor wire open circuit or short circuit; Defective freezer temperature sensor
What actually causes this:
The freezer temperature sensor wire is loose or the sensor has failed, so the board cannot monitor freezer temperature.
First Thing to Check
Open the freezer and locate the temperature sensor; ensure its connector is firmly seated.

Check that Main PCB connector CN20 is fully inserted

Measure voltage between CN20 PIN 10 and PIN 12; it should read 4.5V to 1.0V

Compare measured voltage to temperature/voltage table

Replace sensor if wiring is intact but reading is out of range
